We help homeowners by intervening with their lenders, preparing proposal packages and supporting documentation, arranging favorable third party transactions, and helping them obtain specialized professional assistance where needed.
Our consultations are FREE to the homeowner; we get paid only when our homeowner client gets relief.
We promote homeowner knowledge and understanding, and we help fight mortgage fraud, equity stripping and other forms of foreclosure fraud.
